2017 Outdoor Schedule

Are you looking forward to getting outside? Our outdoor new schedule starts Tuesday May 23rd 2017!

 Our outdoor summer classes are just what you need to keep you motivated all summer long.  Our very popular FITMOM StrollerStrength classes are designed to help you get fit, improve your strength and develop your core. We complete circuits designed to accommodate all fitness levels, so that you can work at your own pace, while building strength, stamina and lean muscle mass - perfect for burning fat. At FITMOM Stroller Strength, we’re not just pushing strollers, we’re using benches, hills, stairs and our own body weight to add variety to our workouts and make it more FUN for mom! Your baby will love being on the move in her stroller, but she’ll still get a little snuggle time near the end of class, when she helps us with our core exercises.The FITWOMAN bootcamp inspired classes works to maximize your metabolism by combining many different strength and cardio exercises suitable for all levels of fitness. You can expect to increase lean muscle, improve cardiovascular endurance and reduce stress through a combination of intervals, circuits, plyometrics, strength training and great music all delivered in the signature FITMOM style! This is a great exercise class for moms who have returned to work or who are interested in a workout without babies, where you get a full hour to focus on something for you!I look forward to welcoming you to our classes very soon!
