Our indoor Babywearing Fitness classes are very popular and are sold out by the end of the day that they go on sale.

Access to our live, online classes & our on-demand workouts, is included with your pass.

Stroller Strong series

Join our next Stroller Strong July/August

We’ll offer one class a week, on Tuesday mornings at 10:15am. We will be bringing back our Thursday class in September.

Our locations are offered in Whitby.

Our outdoor Stroller Strong classes have been so popular for the past five seasons, that all of the available spaces were sold out in less than 2 hours each time they’ve gone on sale!

Adding your name to this list guarantees that you’ll get registration information as soon as it becomes available (and along with that, you’ll get a direct link to take you right there without navigating a bunch of webpages!) We’ll be selling our passes only through this list, so if you’re interested in getting a pass, put your name on the list!
