I did the babywearing fitness class after my first child was born. It was so vital in helping me feel like myself again. I also did the stroller strong class and it was a great workout.
I'm currently pregnant with my second and am participating in the prenatal fitness and prenatal yoga sessions. I wish I'd done this the first time around. It's a great community of woman coming together to support one another. Jen and Sue are wonderful teachers and a great resource for all things prenatal!
